We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Final Sale Items
Customized or personalized products, clearance items, and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene and product-condition reasons, used drinkware accessories, cup sleeves, or similar items cannot be returned once used.
